3 gallons of water Per Mix (any kind: filter, jugs or sink) 

1 big bottle of liquor per mix (1.75 liters each any kind you prefer).

No. Due to Texas law and licensing requirements, we do not provide, sell, or transport alcohol.

Quantities vary by mix and wheather you add liquor or not. Here is the brakedown using 9oz cup measurements and 1 mix.

• Piña Colada, Watermelon & Mojito:

Makes 35 Slushies or 42 Margaritas per mix.

• Margarita Gold, Mango, Sex on the Beach & Blue Hawaiian:

Frozen machines need a 120V/60Hz 800W. Regular 3-plug outlet, standard for most homes.

Foam machine needs a 120V/60Hz

Cotton Candy Machine needs a 120V/60Hz 1000W

When placed indoors, the machine typically takes 1hr to 1hr 20min max to reach a slushy consistency.

If the machine is placed outdoors, It may take 2hr to 4 hrs max. Freezing time and consistency can vary depending on weather conditions. The machine must be placed in a well-saheded, well-ventiladed area. High humidity especially after rain the day before or the morning of your event, can also increase freezing time and affect consistency.

Garages are not considered well-ventilated areas. If the machine is placed in a garge, you will need to provide a fan for aditional ventilation. However, even with a fan, the machine may not reach the ideal slushy consistency and may need to be moved indoors or outside the garage in a well ventilated area.

Our Frozen machines weigh approximately 100 lbs alone plus the cart weight, mixes, buckets and other equipment needed to set up the machine. Rolling this amount of weight across grass, gravel, rocks, or other uneven surfaces requieres additional time, effort, and care. 

We deliver the morning of your event from 8AM to 2PM, delivery time determined by your event start time and our delivery logistics to ensure your frozen drinks have enough time to be ready

Pickup:

• Event venues, Airbnbs, or loactions requiring same-day pickup: We pick up anytime before midnight.
• All other locations: We pick up the following day between 9AM and 2PM

Your specific delivery time will be confirmed the day before of your event.

When we deliver: the remaining balance is due in full at the time of delivery, before we leave the premises.

When you pick up: The remaining balance is due in full at pick up.

No. we provide an extension cord if you need one, for any of the rental items.

When we deliver: We handle the cleaning for you.

When you pick up: All rental items must be returned clean to avoid deposit hold deductions.

Please go the cart section, on the bottom you will find a “check delivery” button. Enter your event address and the system will let you know if delivery is available, free, or extra charge.

No, an attendant is not included with any of the rental items. However, an attendant may be available upon request for and additional fee. Please call us, send us a text, or email to check availability for your event date.

No. At the moment we operate remotely.

No. Deposits are non-refundable because they are used to reserve and remove selected inventory for your specific event date. However, we may provide a credit torward a future rental subject to availability. 

Deposits are fully refundable only when a cancellation is caused by a major weather event, such as a hurricane or tornado.

Yes. Delivery is included within 15 miles of zipcode 77028, Locations further away have an additional delivery fee.

Frozen and Foam Machines include set up, as long as the required setup supplies are available. Otherwise, we’ll leave instructions so you can easily set them up yourself.

All other rentals will require an additional setup fee.

DELIVERY rentals are per event, we deliver the morning of your event and pick up anytime before midnight or next day from 9AM to 2PM.

We offer pickup options for people who want to save on expensive delivery and set up costs. So a lot of our party rental options are DIY. That means you pick up the equipment you need, set the party up yourself, clean the items, and return them the next day. By doing this, you are cutting out one of the largest costs in the party rental industry.

1. 35% of the total amount credit card hold, until rental items are returned and inspected. (Credit Card and Unexpired ID Needed for this option)

Yes. All of our mixes are non-alcoholic, you decide weather to add liquor or keep them alcohol-free. Many customers use one bowl for frozen margaritas and the other bowl for kid-friendly slushies.

You can make a reservation up to one year in advance. Most saturdays we are fully booked. 

If your event lands on a Saturday, we strongly recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance. 

If it’s during a holiday weekend we recommend at least 1 month.
